Meet Our Dedicated Team
Jessica Hurtado
Founder, Executive Director Jessica is the founder of the Dream + Hope Center and CEO of Renew the Mind. Restore the Soul., an organization dedicated to bringing hope to the hopeless by healing trauma through neuroscience and the Word of God. With over 20 years of experience in human behavior and 19 years in real estate investment, her passion and experience align seamlessly with the vision and mission of Dream + Hope Center; to help set the captives free by leveraging commercial real estate to fund global mental health outreach and provide long-term support for those battling with ill-mental health.
Kerry Blumenthal
Community Engagement Officer Kerry is a devoted wife, mother, and passionate advocate for faith, community, and mental well-being. As Board Member and Community Engagement Officer at Dream + Hope Center, she builds relationships, fosters partnerships, and expands the nonprofit’s impact in providing faith-based mental health resources. A licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University, she champions holistic health—mind, body, and spirit. Having experienced the transformative power of the Neurocycle, she is committed to helping others break free from negative thought patterns and embrace renewed resilience.
Tania McNeil
Sozo Ministry Lead Tania has served in Sozo ministry for over 10 years, including training a team and establishing Sozo ministry at Adore Church in Birmingham, UK. She has also trained in Sozo Art and brings over 30 years of experience in pastoral ministry alongside her husband, a local pastor. A retired palliative care nurse, Tania is a Bible teacher, mother of four adult children, and grandmother to twin girls.
Cerritha Price
Prayer Ministry Lead Cerritha is an intercessor and mediator whose divine purpose is to stand in the gap between God and His people through prayer. With over 20 years as a prayer warrior, she has been trained to bring heaven down to earth. Cerritha has led prayer teams, and in 2020 God birthed a prayer ministry, Women of Wisdom, calling her to intercede during the pandemic. Today, she continues to faithfully walk in her calling, seeking God’s presence and standing firm in prayer.
Paola
Hope & Media Coordinator Born and raised in El Campo, Puerto Rico, Paola Rosario discovered her passion for storytelling early on. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Theatre with an emphasis in Acting from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus, persevering even through Hurricane María’s devastation. After moving to California and learning English, she continued developing her craft while also dedicating herself to serving others. As the Hope and Media Coordinator for the Dream + Hope Center, Paola combines her creativity and heart for people by managing the nonprofit’s social media and sharing stories of healing and hope.
Jeff Blumenthal
Board Member Jeff brings over 35 years of experience in enterprise technology, specializing in AI development, software engineering, and enterprise architecture. He has held leadership roles including Chief Information Officer, where his innovative approach consistently drove growth and operational excellence. In addition to his professional achievements, Jeff serves as a Board Member for Dream + Hope Center, where he contributes his leadership and strategic insight to advance faith-based mental health initiatives. Deeply committed to faith, family, and community, Jeff uses his expertise to make a lasting impact both in the tech world and through meaningful service.Barriers To Access
42% of U.S. adults with a diagnosable condition reported in 2023 that they
could not afford to access the treatment they needed.
Some groups, among adults who need mental health care, are more likely to
face barriers to accessing care, including uninsured people, underinsured
people, and communities of color.
Stigmas surrounding mental health prevent many from seeking help,
including concerns of being perceived as “weak”.
Many are unable to access face-to-face care and have sought support online,
signaling an urgent need for virtual access.
